Warranty, Returns & More

Your Haim Watch Company timepiece is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty (Length determined by model). Our warranty covers defects in material quality or workmanship that may occur during the warranty period, given the watch is used as normal and as intended.

EXCLUSIONS TO THE WARRANTY

The following items are excluded from the warranty and are not covered:

  • Repairs necessitated by other than normal and intended use.
  • Scratches and blemishes from normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications and negligence.
  • For Chronograph models: using the chronograph while submerged in water or while the watch is in water (i.e. while under a faucet).
  • Any damages that may arise after any unauthorized work is attempted.
  • Malfunctions and damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Watch straps and bracelets are not covered under warranty, due to the nature of the material.

Note that any unauthorized repair or unauthorized opening of the watch caseback will render the warranty as null and void.

Should a repair not be possible, or if a model is discontinued, a replacement of equal value will be provided. We will obtain prior authorization if this is the case.

RETURN POLICY:

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, unworn watches or accessories in new condition - with all original stickers intact - are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please note, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Limited Edition models
  • Reservation orders or any orders purchased at a reduced price, including sale items 
  • Used accessories
  • Standard catalog models that show signs of wear, use, stickers removed, or are attempted to be returned after the 7-day window. To be fair to everyone, exceptions cannot be provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us here and be sure to provide the order number. For any approved return, the buyer is responsible for insured return shipping.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations for in-stock orders that have not shipped are subject to a non-refundable 5% fee to cover payment processing costs. Reservations and early reservations can only be cancelled within 48 hours of order being placed.

RESERVATION TERMS:

Some models are initially sold via an early pre-paid reservation, where the product is delivered at a later specified timeframe. A cost savings is offered in exchange for early commitment. This method is a common practice within the watch industry and allows us to accurately forecast demand. Please be aware that Reservation orders can be cancelled within 48 hours, subject to a 5% cancellation fee. After 48 hours, reservations cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Delivered timepieces that were purchased via reservation are non-refundable. By placing a reservation order, you acknowledge and accept this. 

SHIPPING TERMS:

All items are shipped from the United States (Chicago, IL). Continental US orders ship complimentary, unless otherwise listed. International orders have a flat rate shipping fee. International orders (outside of the US) may be subject to import duties or taxes based on the recipient country. International Orders are processed and shipped as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This implies that any outstanding fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled prior to delivery. Haim Watch Company will not be held responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.

In the event a parcel is returned after multiple delivery attempts, one more attempt will be made (at buyer's expense) to ship. If it is returned a second time, we will assume the purchase is forfeited and thus becomes non-refundable. Please contact us prior to shipping to discuss arrangements should you not be available to receive the package.
