The Legacy SE (Special Edition) is a refreshing take on chronographs with a contemporary aesthetic that balances beauty and function, work and play. The Legacy SE is everything you adore, plus more. With two dial variants available – it’s the perfect chronograph for everyone.

The Legacy SE features thoughtful and functional design elements, including:

• Perfectly sized at 39.5mm to accommodate all wrist sizes (without looking too small or too overbearing).

• A scratch-resistant, curved sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating adds modernity to the design. The curved glass adds depth to the layered dial and gives the illusion of a snowglobe depending on which angle you observe the dial from. We stayed away from the scratch-prone plexiglass and acrylics used in vintage chronographs so you can enjoy your watch as intended, worry-free.

• The custom-designed, updated 316L stainless steel case provides a proper fit for the movement to ensure reliability. The elegant brushed and mirror finish plays with light and is a welcome compliment to the enhanced dial’s beauty.

• Water resistant to 100 meters, you can dance in the rain, shower, and swim with the Legacy SE on your wrist (A note of caution: DO NOT activate the chronograph under water).

• The Legacy SE comes on a bespoke Genuine Leather strap, with quick-release functionality, that enhances the overall appearance of the watch and makes the dial pop! Straps are available in 2 sizes: Regular (75mm/115mm) and Short (65mm/105mm).

The Legacy SE is available in two dial variants: Copper River and Midnight.

Copper River Salmon is known to be the best kind of salmon, so it’s a fitting name for this dial. Depending on angles and lighting, the dial can display various salmon-colored finishes, or it can resemble a bright, shiny copper penny. This dial is a result of trial and error, until it was just right. The minute railroad track is a dark teal to provide a wonderful contrast. To further enhance the dial, all the hands are thermally blued, resulting in a wonderful shimmer in the right light. You’ll find yourself starting at this dial even after checking the time – It’s that hypnotizing.

The Midnight dial is our take on a gilt dial and an ode to notable, heirloom, six figure timepieces. It’s a stunning black dial, layered with hints of Honey Gold and finished with Rose Gold accents to create that perfect combination of warmth and austere, yet still remain a standout. It’s a timepiece that can be worn at work, at play and in a formal setting.

We aimed to build on the appealing design of the original Legacy chronograph. The Legacy SE’s dial combines both a beautiful sunburst finish and a hammered metal finish, to create visual separation and is extremely pleasing to the eye. Depending on the angle you look at it, it will surprise you with visual effects. To enhance functionality, the dial includes a tachometer and pulsometer scale, in addition to standard chronograph functions.

The Legacy SE features the ST1901 movement that is the sole successor to the legendary Swiss Venus 175 column wheel chronograph. The mechanical version offers a clean and crisp column wheel chronograph movement that is satisfying to operate, easy to service, and a joy to gaze at through the exhibition caseback.
